Our Outpatient Pharmacy has direct access to your healthcare team and your medical record to ensure coordinated, high-quality medical care for all residents of Santa Clara County. We are proud to be part of the Santa Clara County network that offers 11 clinic pharmacies to serve patients and outside providers.

Conveniently located inside the O’Connor Medical Office Building, next to O’Connor Hospital, the O’Connor Outpatient Pharmacy has an onsite pharmacist available for consultation and drug information, and all your prescription needs. Walk-in patients always welcome.​
